🍽️ Menu Highlights:

Starter: Roasted beet, spinach, honey almonds, goat cheese, dried cranberries, lemon vinaigrette.
Second Course: Risotto-style farro with wild mushrooms, peas, and parmesan.
Main Course: Balsamic-glazed short ribs over whipped potatoes and brûlée onion.
Dessert: Almond ricotta cake with honey butter glaze.
